A B Opticians

Got sick of the constant phone calls and attempts to sell me stuff from Specsavers so decided to try this place out. Glad I did because the service was great and friendly and were so much more about helping me get what I want than trying to sell me stuff. Optician was even happy enough to answer questions about exactly what he was looking for unlike the optician in Specsavers who couldn't even give me a measurement of my IPD. I'll be staying with this place for the foreseeable future as I've got no complaints.

Very bad experience with this opticians I had a little piece of metal in my eye . Seen the opticians was told its very close to to pupil and even know she can remove it she dont like too . It takes a very long time and I could go blind if she messes it up she told me I need to go to a+e but dont tell them you come here first found this a bit strange . But it made sense when I got to a+e become I was told by them that the optician could of removed it without any damage and that the opticians got more equipment to deal with this then they have . Basically a+e used a cotton bud and got it out no problem . Iam convinced that because it was 3.00 when i got to the opticians she wanted to palm me off so she can go home on time . I will never use this opticians again

Carnt thank the staff of this opticians enough i bought a new pair of glasses and thru no fault of theyre own a problem with the frames arose and i took them back and was treated so nice they sorted my problem no quarms or anything would definitely go back and use them again and again
