        The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their prices beat all other places in my experience. I highly recommend heat wise for any plumbing and bathroom needs.

        Very disappointed and disgusted in the service I have been given. Attitude is very poor on certain members of staff. I am now stuck with a damage/faulty item that they have refused to replace or refund thats was delivered damaged. The manager is very very rude and very condescending and talks down to you and refuses to accept responsibility and just passes blame to customer. I have asked to speak to the other manager on numerous occasions and have been ignored. Very very disgusted in the service. If I could score 0 I would
