Shake, Waffle n Cone

Stay clear of the hotdogs not sure if it was an off day, didnt feel so great after eating it now my stomach is telling me the story. Wont be going back

Love this place, speciality tea - Russian Caravan is my favourite, Angus beef burgers and one of the best cheese on toasts in town. Havent had the waffles or the shakes but the kids love them so pop in if your in town.

Me and my family visited this establishment today and we were so impressed. The shop is lovely, it is very vibrant as well as nicely decorated for Halloween! The service was very good and the staff were very friendly and helped it make the visit with me and my children a much nicer experience. The food arrived in a timely manner and it was very good. From the burger and chips I had to my Bueno Waffle for dessert. I highly recommend trying out this place as I thoroughly enjoyed and will be back next time I am in town. 5/5 star.

The Sundae and Shakes were enjoyed by family, but wow are the staff well rude/ignorant. Walked in or attempted too as a staff member pushed her way through the door as if we weren't coming in, didn't realise she was staff until later as they have no uniform here (probably intential as I wouldn't want them easily identified as staff if it was my business either) it was that rude of a move I assumed she was just a member of the public who couldn't wait to get out. Anyway sat down, ordered our shakes and Sundaes which were delivered to the table pretty quick, but there was no basic table service etiquette, no asking who's got what? hell there wasn't even an hello she literally just dumped the stuff on the table and left, then came back and dumped the rest on the table and left. While the food was ok, the service was shocking from start to finish. If it wasn't for the little one I wouldn't return to this place again to have service like that and if I was the owner I'd have a good think about better staff training or simply hiring staff with customer service skills because the current lot ain't got a clue or don't care either way it ruined this place for me.
