During my visit at this hair salon I experienced terrible customer service, both hair stylists were extremely rude throughout my treatment and made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable (they made a point of asking every person in the hair salon if they would like a cup of tea or a drink and completely ignored the fact that I was sat there twice). They were also talking very disrespectfully about other members of staff infront of customers which I believe to be extremely unprofessional. My overall experience with the staff was appalling and I dont advise anyone to use this salon.
