This is about 11 mile trail from Abercynon to Hirwaun, taking you through Mountain Ash and Aberdare, I wouldn't recommend it as a leisure route, as a lot of it goes alongside busy main road and the trail is full of rubbish. A much better route would be on route 47 which is higher up.
