Absolutely over the moon with Richards. All the staff were friendly, professional and above all attentive to my needs and wants. From start to finish they dealt with everything for my Dads funeral even when I was out of the country. Would highly recommend, All the pressure and worry is taken off your shoulders, they deal with everything so you will have no concerns at all. Everything went as smooth as silk on the day and the send off that I wanted but more importantly what my Dad wanted. They only rate five stars but I would give more if possible. Diolch
