Fabulous service. All electricity failed. My husband is disabled and relies on a stairlift. Jack arrived within 30 minutes of me phoning him, although it was his day off. Problem solved and explained. Very efficient, helpful and friendly. Will definately use again whenever needed.

House alarm sounded just after seven at night and could not be silenced by inputting code! Rang Jack and he was outside my house within minutes. He silenced the alarm by working internally and externally. His fee was very reasonable and I would recommend him highly. Such a friendly gentleman. I need not look further for an electrician. Great work at a great price. Many thanks Jack.

Jack was awesome, communication flawless throughout, super professional, friendly and honest. By far the best tradesman I have come across and should be an example for the whole trade. He followed up quickly with a written fair quote for the work - listened to what I wanted and was very positive and open with suggestions and comments. He was also able to fit the job in which was appreciated. With it being an older house, some unexpected challenges came up but he went above & beyond and handled them. Overall just very impressed and definitely would recommend Infinity Electrical to anybody needing electrical work, will 100% be calling again to do ongoing work.
