        I rate this five stars, as Gareth, our surveyor was very thorough and the survey was excellent, picking up things we hadn't even thought of, inside and outside the property. Recommended. Also Kay in the office went above and beyond her duty in helping us.

        I recently used these surveyors and they were extremely helpful and communication was excellent. They fitted the survey in before Christmas even though they were extremely busy and they emailed it to both myself and the solicitors very promptly within the time scale they quoted. The survey was very concise and then i received a written copy through the post. I would highly recommend them.

        Highly recommended company, very quick turn around from enquiry to completion of the valuation for help to buy, report was produced the very same day and to an immensely high standard.
