Spotless Valeting And Detailing

I can't stress how hard spotless Valeting has worked on our vans today. Given that it's a Sunday his prices are spot on. He turned up with the biggest gazebo we've seen with every tool possible for the job. Attention to detail is outstanding. We will have to have our company vans detailed once a month now, keep making him tea and he doesn't stop. Keep up the good work.

I reached out to this company to have my vehicle valeted at my own leisure, at my home address. When I reached out to this company by telephone call it went to Voicemail, fair enough. I then got an SMS message to the effect of, it wasn't possible for this company to talk to me right now but if I was to drop them an SMS message they would respond "ASAP". So, that is what I did, I sent an SMS message on 20/10 and as of today I am still awaiting a response! Needless to say, my vehicle didn't get valeted when I wanted it to get valeted and I had to take my business elsewhere. Now, I understand people/companies can get busy and amongst all the chaos they may of simply forgotten to reply to me, however, that doesn't help me when I'm reaching out to this company to provide me with a product and, or a service. Thanks.
