Bought a Jimny on 11th Jan this year,wouldn't start on 22nd so rang and messaged the garage to no avail. Rang the warranty company who sent someone out but gave wrong diagnosis of starter motor. Told to ring warranty back on Monday to get car collected and taken to a garage that is VAT registered. Told by warranty company I didn't have recovery so a charge of 108 was to pay.I got the AA out and it was the engine mgmt sensor and not the starter motor. Car was in the garage for 8 days,the warranty company would only pay 180 of a 290 bill so the warranty isn't worth having. After a very heated discussion with Mario at marpol he reimbursed me for taxi fairs,loss of earnings and the 290 bill,he also said he would take care of the 108 recovery charge but had failed to do so. As it stands my car is back in the garage again and I've not done 150 miles in it since I had it delivered. The service I e had had been shocking,I would advise anyone to give them a wide berth. A very unhappy and very dissatisfied customer
