        Oh dear I just do not know where to start. We were put in the family room as we took our two dogs. The carpet had stains on, mould was a problem here , peeling wallpaper and the bath room ceiling the paint was falling away and the raditor was horrendous. Mould again is a major problem in here. Then there the smell of swerage oh lord there was no escaping it, so much so it made us feel very ill we left earlier than we paid to escape. The only window in theannex was blown and broken and when openwd your in the middle of an estate so you could shake hands with home owners across the road!
