Designer Fires

Worked carried out by Jordan and Andy for a lovely finish. We are really happy and now waiting to complete the job with the final painting of the media wall.

Im from Swansea and ordered new parts through Designer Fires for an old Barbas Vento gas fire. Abi was incredibly polite, patient and helpful in communicating between Barbas and the Barbas rep Paul (also incredibly helpful) in order to get the parts. There was a problem with a part and Abi was incredibly helpful in putting me in touch with the rep to get the problem sorted. I didnt buy the original fire from Designer Fires yet Abi was really helpful. I cannot praise Abi enough for the help she gave. If I lived in the Mountain Ash area shed be the first person Id go to for a new fire.

Contacted as wanted new surround/hearth, advised that someone would ring me back but no call, contacted the store again and told again one of the workmen would ring me back in their lunch break - some days later still no call. Called again to be told by the lady working in the store that she would personally call me back; yep you got it still no call. I even called to the store and was assured someone would be in touch but nothing! Appalling service!

I cannot recommend Designer Fire's enough. I had absolutely fantastic service from the moment I walked into the showroom. Abbie was so knowledgeable and very friendly, professional and could not do enough for me. I was fortunate they had a cancellation and I had it fitted the day after I decided which fire I wanted. Jordan and his colleague were very professional and polite I will definitely be recommending them if anyone wants a new fire in the future
