DONT USE AS WEDDING FLORIST So I originally booked this place for my wedding flowers. First impression they were friendly, had a consultation with owner, chose my flowers etc, then they told me they would send a quote to me in a few weeks, weeks went by, then a month, then 2 months.. so I rang and rang, emailed, text, couldn't ever speak to owner ever again (felt like she was avoiding me) only spoke to her employees. All promises of you'll have it this week, another 2 weeks go by, I ring again same promise, you'll have it tomorrow, (I didn't), rang next day, you'll have it tonight (Still didn't) Then I physically went to the shop and the girl didn't have a clue what I was even talking about. Such a unreliable place. I didn't trust them to do my flowers so I decided to go elsewhere (with only 4 months left until my wedding) unnecessary stress!, told my new florist my story and apparently I was the 4TH!!!!! person that they let down in a few weeks, literally other brides had the same experience, but I was a lucky one because I didn't pay money. I then told my story in work and the same thing happened to someone I work with. IF YOU WANT A TRUSTWORTHY FLORIST THAT DOESNT LET YOU DOWN THEN PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND 5 OTHER PEOPLE. I don't normally leave reviews but the fact I've now heard 6 different stories including my own is disgusting and major alarm bells!
