Starlight Events

We used Starlight Events for our furniture, charger plates and drapes at our wedding. They were fantastic to deal with. Matthew and team were down to earth, hardworking and transparent. Starlight events told us they would arrive after 1pm but arrived two hours earlier which was amazing given Mathew had been away on holiday the day before and they were travelling from South Wales! We couldnt fault starlight events. Highly recommended. Thank you so much

We hired some fairy lights for our wedding on March 14th at the Barn at Brynich, Brecon. These were put up quickly and looked amazing. We also had a dimmer switch which was handy for the night which I'd recommend. The lights added some extra sparkle to our venue and we had lots of comments about how nice they were. I'd definitely recommend Starlight Events for fairy light hire, it was all very easy, no fuss all at a fair price.

We hired Starlight Events for our wedding this year, although communication had been perfect until i messaged to confirm delivery time i was told that our agreed and invoiced date was no longer an option unless i was to pay half of what i already had paid to secure that spot for delivery, although after alot of tears and arguing on the phone the delivery date was then agreed. Then on the day before the wedding when set up was taking place i was informed the dimmer switch for the lights had broken and 2 members of my bridal party had to drive to their warehouse to collect the replacement which was a 2hour journey there and back. Which they did , to our suprise the replacement didn't work so we were left without a dimmer and nothing that could be done, when communicating it felt as if we were a burden or in the wrong and they were very argumentative towards us over things we had no control of. The lights we paid for only got 2 hours use as we had to turn them of as it got dark. The lights had six missing bulbs and we were told that we could replace them ourselves with bulbs they provided that we had to pick up from them. Even though installation was in price , a very upsetting And unpleasant situation that could have been avoided , late arrival and attitude when on phone
