I cant even begin to explain how poor my experience has been. I went in to look at some cars and course theyre nice enough when theres a possibility of you spending upwards of 10k on a car. Picked my car thought it was going to be great. Luckily had my wits about me and after being promised all cars sold are ensured that they have an annual service I discovered the car I had chosen had not had a service for 3 years. This was spotted upon requesting a test drive, in the car the oil light was on and oil was also empty. They tried to convince me to drive away with the car and return for an oil change knowing I have an hourly commute both ways everyday prior to their availability, yet despite this being dangerous and unfit for the road they didnt seem to care so long as they got a sale. Car was also very dirty inside after them stating all cars are valeted before collection. Very disappointed, unredeemable and really concerning considering how keen they were to put my safety at risk for some commission

Really unhappy with TCW. Spent 14k on a car for it to have a flat AGM battery and suspension issues in the first week. Was taken to a private mechanic and was told it shouldve never been sold like it. Customer care team wanted me to continue driving it as they didnt want to accept the quote for the work from that garage and wanted me to wait another month for them to complete the work or take it in same day and potentially wait weeks without a car until they had time to fix it. Wouldnt give me a courtesy vehicle so wouldnt have been able to work as I work in the community. I am now 600 out of pocket as have had to pay for it myself yet was still in the 28days. Also dont sign yourself onto their warranty program its a load of rubbish they didnt want anything to do with my case. Would never recommend or purchase a vehicle from here again! any other business wouldve had it sorted in days but they just didnt want to pay for it.

Never buy a car from these. 100% not worth the money they asking for half there cars. Rip off would avoid inless you want to be ripped off. They lie on there adverts then when you turn up nothing like they offering on site. They are full of lies. If you wanted to go down finance root there Apr is stupid high at like 15.9apr. You only get 1 month warranty on there cars which is a joke when most small car run business offer 3 month. There a charge for admin fee aswel which think was like 100 on top everything else. Just disappointed with them as drove up there to find it was all load of rubbish they was talking on radio and adverts and on there site. There staff is friendly enough but don't leave you alone for like a second to have a look around and have think to yourself which someone like me makes me want to walk out right then. I like to look around if want help I will find someone.
