        It should be simple to rearrange a covid vaccine for my elderly mother who has mobility issues, right? Not with this lot. Directed to a website that's not updated, and have to listen to a recorded message over and over before being rudely cut off because there are no operators available. About as helpful as a chocolate teapot.
