Abacare - Abercynon

On Saturday( 3/7/21) I looked out of my dining room window, it looks down on my elderly neighbours kitchen. He was stripped down from the waist and a carer!! was wiping excretia from his bottom. No curtains had been drawn and the toilet was only a couple of feet away. I was disgusted, absolutely gobsmacked,to my shame I did nothing at the time as I was stunned. On monday (5/7/21) I contacted social services and Abacare. The branch manager of Abacare apologised and said they would contact his family to get curtains put up, to date social services have not got back to me.

Where do i start with this place ? In all honesty I dont think even Google with allow enough characters for most the story. Utterly useless company that show up when they like, and not at the designated times. My mum has been left for days gone by, With no sign of the so called staff. Emails and phone calls, land on deaf ears. Even have been blocked from their Facebook page. So my last resort is to come here and plead with you to avoid them. Id also question the backgrounds on the staff they employ. As a research has led me to finding out, members of staff have criminal records, and not the kind youd want in your home, let alone near a loved one. I did question their DBS protocol, but was never given an answer. Basically a cheap company who dont value their customers. And more importantly the care of your loved ones. Please please avoid.
