I have used 3 different Conveyancers in the past and harvey baker are by far the best, the app makes everything so much easier and I was very impressed with how quickly they respond to messages and take the time to explain things. It had been some time since I had bought or sold a property, so seeing the changes to the process was initially a surprise. However, using an app and email for the bulk of the communication is a lot better than using the telephone and travelling to physically sign documents. The team at Harvey Baker made it easy from the start and despite setbacks kept me informed throughout the process. Everything agreed up front, no nasty surprises and everything falling into place on completion day. Thank you to Sam for stepping in when needed and Helen for the high standard of work.
