        Top class machinery, bottom of the barrel service. I have used Stihl tophandle saws for going on 15 years, and this is the very last one i will buy. Previously sent my saw for a service, took over a month to get it back. This time round it needed a handle replacing, after having to chase them up it took nearly 3 weeks just to get it looked at. Poor communication, awful speed of service, and i suspect but can not prove they replaced parts that did not need it. Go to Tregaron instead, there is a much better machine shop who seem to actually value their customers.
