Apart from the stunning scenery there is NOTHING natural about this place.
Firstly, on our arrival instead of being astounded by the idyllic location, we were shocked to find that the concrete car park cost 5, with a sign saying there would be a 75 fine if found parking within 3 miles of the falls. Its clear that the imposing CCTV system has taken precedence over ensuring contactless infrastructure for customers in the Cafe, where we were greeted with a Cash only sign (I wonder why). Connectivity didnt seem to be the reason for this as we saw a local vendor on his laptop, who also reliably informed us that we had to pay 50p for the loo (no change given). This vendor assumed we may try to enter without paying (impossible because of gates) and said we would not enter Heaven if we tried to do so. There certainly wasnt anything holy about the loos and Im sure the man upstairs wouldnt want to pay for a toilet without soap.
Overall, wed say the falls are worth checking out but save your pennies and park and pee elsewhere (we parked down the road), without the religious-themed harassment.
