Excellent customer service throughout, from the point of sale to delivery, absolutely love my new sofa, big thank you to the delivery guys who were friendly and helpful even though I'm in a 3rd floor flat with no lift ha ha, nothing was too much trouble

This is a company I would not recommend, went and sales assistant really nice, ordered sofa checked it was in stock and paid, arranged for delivery 69, on the day of delivery took a phone call at 14:50 to say that they did not have the sofa in stock and they wouldn't be getting it back in, would I like to pick another sofa, No I wanted the one I had chosen in the colour, that was paid for fully when ordered, I ended up having to get sofa in another colour as was left with no other option, due to the fact I had no sofa to sit on as the old sofa was already away, due to them telling me at 14:50 on day of delivery, customer service is shocking

Had never been here before but what an amazing experience. When going 2 look wasn't put under any pressure. Suite delivered 2day. 3 men so helpful and took away all the packaging. Would highly recommend. Great value for money
