I contacted JDN Property Services fearing I had a damp problem in bedroom. Jon initially came out and explained to me what the issues were and how they could be fixed. After initial visit I called the office and Marie and Michelle were so helpful booking the work in for a date that suited me, around a time of me being off work. Jon and his team arrived on time and again explained to me what work would be carried out. They took care to protect carpeting and furniture left in room. Work was carried out to a very high standard and all mess was cleaned up inside and out before they left. I also have a 30 year guarantee for the work, three separate areas in the room. I intend to contact Jon again to plaster the rest of the room. I feel Jon and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. I cannot recommend JDN Property Services highly enough. Rest assured whatever work you need done Jon and his team will carry it out to the highest standard. Thanks again Jon. The initial inspection of the problem area was carried out at the time stated and a report and cost quotation followed within a few days. Having agreed the cost, we were given a start date and time and received a phone call 30 minutes ahead of the arrival time confirming they were on their way. All work was carried out very efficiently and to a high standard and all mess was cleaned up and removed at the completion of the job. Can't praise the workmen, and also the office staff, highly enough for their manners and efficiency and in a time when workmen let you down without any hesitation it was a refreshinhg experience to deal with a Company which has the customer firmly to the fore of their focus.
