    I recently worked with Melanie because she asked me to do a nutrition talk for her members. Melanie was great to deal with and set up the talk for me to do on Zoom. She is passionate about health and wellbeing and getting the best for her members. The turnout and participation for the talk was great. Melanie is a great PT and also recognises that nutrition and diet can further help people towards their fitness and wellness goals. Her passion for exercise and diet shines through.

    I have been going to Mels classes for around 9 months. I sometimes struggle with motivation but as every class is different it doesnt become boring or mundane. I always feel so much better once I have been and definitely see the difference with my strength and stamina. Mel is always on hand to go through eating habits and provide advice and tweaks to ensure maximum results are achieved. There is also a great group as part of going to the classes where Mel posts recipes, stretches, and other useful information which is invaluable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to lose weight or improve general fitness.

    Started with Mel after lockdown and a lifetime of bad eating habits and little exercise. I had tried and failed going to gyms several times before. Mel managed to break my bad eating habits with the help of weekly food check ins telling what was good, bad and what I could substitute. I also really enjoyed the gyms sessions as I could see my progress every week being able to lift heavier and do more reps as the weeks went on. My overall lifestyle is changed to a much happier and healthier one that I am confident that I can maintain long term.
