First class service all the way from no obligation quote to fitting. Gerry visited the next day after my phone call to give us a quote and it couldnt be beaten. The stairlift was fitted the next week. No fuss. No mess. Totally recommend Budget Stairlifts

From sending Gerry an email on Sunday to contact and survey on Monday then installation 3 days later ,I can only say the experience of dealing with him has been first class Stairlift came in under budget we had thought as well Have no fear in dealing with him a 100% genuine good guy

I cannot recommend Gerry Smillie and Budget Stairlifts highly enough. He fitted a stairlift for my sister. The price to supply and fit was very much cheaper than the Company who makes the Stairlifts. Although the name is Budget Stairlifts, the name reflects the cost but doesn't reflect the quality. Gerry put no pressure on us, didn't go out to phone and come back with a better price. He was able to rearrange to fit us in the following day. He arrived on both occasions exactly when he said he would. He was very pleasant and courteous, did a very good job of fitting the stairlift and left no mess. Thank you Gerry.

My father in law has a stairlift that hasn't been working for some years. I called Budget Stairlifts and explained the problem. So impressed with the response , problem identified and repaired within an hour! The best customer service I've experienced for a long time. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service. Gerry was friendly, knowledge and super quick. Spoke on Monday afternoon, he came out to survey on Tuesday and fitted the chairlift on Wednesday. Left the house tidy as well. Terrific value and top class service. Thank you so much .
