Received the wrong item, returned and still awaiting a refund! Despite emails sent (email address on the website is wrong) you open Facebook messages but don't respond and no one ever answers the telephone, I did eventually speak to a staff member and when I tried to phone back the phone just continually rang out! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, shambles of a business! At least have the decency to post an update on what is going on with your business rather than ignoring numerous people but continue to post about your sale and pre order items. Check out other reviews and comments before purchasing, shop around as much more professional shops with a first class customer service available.

Purchased clothing for both my children in the past, used to be good service, not anymore, sent several messages trying to purchase jackets no reply and messages ignored, won't be buying anything again
