Today I received my angel wings necklace. I absolutely love it. Yvonne sent me an email to let me know my mum's ashes had arrived. Thank you so much highly recommended.

After all the good reviews I wanted to get a necklace with my loved ones ashes. I ordered the necklace on 20/01/23, after they received my ashes the necklace took a while to come back.. which I wasnt too upset about as I wanted the best quality. When I finally got the necklace, the clasp on the chain broke as soon as we opened it.. again this wasnt an issue as I had a spare chain from my other necklace.. Then, not even 3 days after I opened the wings of the necklace and out pops the heart containing the ashes. I was heartbroken. I cant fault the communication from the owner as she was very helpful, so I had to send back the necklace with more ashes (not the heart that popped out) and a new one was made and sent out.. So with all this, I waited about 3 months to have the final finished product. I love my necklace now, but the process has put me off sending my loved ones ashes for more jewellery which is a shame because I wanted to get something similar for my mom

Had read good reviews about this company after my Mum had seen their beautiful ashes locket online. I went ahead and ordered it for her and it arrived fairly quickly. The chain is incredibly fine so my Mum immediately went out and bought a chain with a thicker link and that also had a safety chain. After only wearing it for a few days, the locket would open on its own and wouldnt close properly. I emailed the company on my Mums behalf and was told to send it back, which I did. A week or so later, my Mum received the repaired locket but I cant help think that for the price shed paid for it (169, plus I was never reimbursed for the return post even after emailing, which was almost 4) that you dont get what youre paying for. It seems an awful lot of money and for that price, Id expect a better quality chain. The locket is fairly heavy and looks beautiful but I think that the original chain would not be strong enough for something thats dangling around your neck. Disappointed really, after reading so many good reviews.

My gorgeous ashes ring arrived today containing the ashes of my beloved nannan. The service was excellent from start to finish and the photo ive added to this review really doesn't do my ring justice its so much more beautiful in the flesh. Would highly recommend this business

I received a Beautiful Signet ring today, a gift for my Husband, made using his brothers ashes. Its just perfect. The updates from Yvonne have been fantastic, keeping us informed when they recieved the ashes from us, and updsting us when the ring had been sent. I can not recommend this Company highly enough.
