Terribly jewelers got them to try fix the loop on my grandmother's gold chain and was going to pay him to do it with the pendant I had sold them but offered to do it for nothing but I lost it outside Burger King and a member of staff told me some had picked it up so I highly wouldn't recommend this place as the man didn't even acknowledge that the loop was a poor hold

Woman was very rude when I wanted to sell my old ring. Obviously you would expect a bit of back and forth when negotiating the price but the woman wasn't having any of it. May I suggest you are about more flexible with your customers, rather than having a take it or leave it approach! Found her to be very rude. She seemed dismissive as if she really couldn't be bothered even discussing the ring. Not a great experience..The guy was slightly better n seemed a bit embarassed by her interference. Would not recommend and will not return.
