Under staffed & one who was working was quite ignorant grabbing trainers off me bcoz i asked for a size! Wont be back

Worst customer service ever. Staff very unhelpful, showed attitude and when tried to complain, was asked to leave the store. Refused to give managers name to prob avoid some sort of disciplinary action. wont be going back and will make a complain as far as i could take it.

The gentleman on the til was very friendly which is unusual ????? Past experience has put me off going in here to often. On floor staff miserable looking and as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. Some good deals on certain items but as always very cramped area and asking for help feel like your inconvenience to staff. Might go back in next 5years.
