So happy with my necklace, beautiful design and amazing quality. They have recently started their own collection as well which is filled with brilliant unique designs. Such stunning pieces and will definitely be purchasing again for Christmas! Everything is beautifully wrapped as well. Exceptional quality and exceptional customer service.

Absolute scam. Charges 3.95 postage but sent the earrings in a 95p envelope, so the earrings are squashed and unwearable. I received no order confirmation and they have no contact email on their website. Best of all, the money goes to a person through PayPal, not a business, and the return address on the envelope is a different company - if they were a real business why would they do that? EDIT: So you'll reply to my review but not my email, clearly trying to make yourself look better in public while not actually helping your customers. This is just what I expected to see, you're not interested in your unsatisfied customers, you just want to scam new people. Because you overcharged me I actually paid 3 for the earrings, which is more than they're worth considering the quality, just because something is silver does not mean it is quality - the price of silver is so low that the silver itself is worthless, these earrings are worth, at most, 29p as silver, so your profit margins are huge if you're actually scamming people into paying 14 for them considering the edges are rough and, obviously, they bend easily. I sell jewellery myself, as does my father and as did my grandmother - real vintage jewellery not this cheaply made rubbish, and it's a disgrace that people like you sell this overpriced rubbish making people weary of genuine sellers.
