Visiting the salon yesterday was welcomed by Hazel she is so lovely given a cuppa and sat and relaxed. Them Michelle was styling my hair she talked over what would look nice and stylish and listened to what I liked and I am very pleased I love my new look thank you

Normally I would really enjoy my nice relaxing time getting my hair cut however my experience today was not so Donna does a fantastic job with my hair we have a lovely chat and Im always pleased with the result Today I felt as though Donna was being rushed by another member of staff she was advised that her next appointment had arrived early 5 minutes or so later she was advised again the her next appointment was waiting Before my hair had even finished being cut the lady that had arrived early was sitting in the chair next to me with wet hair that had obviously been washed and I felt so uncomfortable as if my time in the salon should come to an end because someone arrived early Im not normally a complainer but today I felt that Donna was being rushed by another member of staff thankfully Donna is a professional and my hair turned out brill such a pity that I felt unimportant Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry
