Can never get through on the phone

Shocking service phoned 6 times been hung up on 3 times phoned back yet again and still ringing out the fact staff are purposely cutting the phone off when a member of NHS advised me to call this place today is a joke I get things are tough for the nhs at the moment but hanging the phone up on People is beyond unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting. However the midwife department are amazing very professional kind and a pleasure to deal with hence the 4 stars if I could rate both separately the mw department would have 5* alone

I would agree with the comments made here regarding the organisation of this health centre. Where I would disagree is some points about the aftermath of COVID and the pressures of cuts being to some degree a reason. This place has always been like this even when it was the old health centre. I previously worked in the NHS at a senior level in the community and have had contact with many HCs across Lanarkshire and this ranks as one of the worst. As one other review noted, there is absolutely no flexibility around the system for people who work. My own experience has been similar in that I was on hold for around 20mins 40 if you count the time my call was abruptly ended. There is no excuse for the shoddy service other than bad management and laziness. Pressure on the service is acceptable and understandable to a point, but does not excuse the experience with this HC particularly Clarkes practice
