MyLife Bathrooms Scotland

Just thought Id expose these crooks for what they are! Spent 9.5K on a new bathroom in September. After less than 3 months I noticed that the edges around the sink unit had blistered and bubbled and the toilet unit lid had also began to do the same. I immediately contacted my bathroom installer and explained what had happened and they contacted My Life bathrooms on our behalf after several weeks a representative from my life bathrooms came out and took photos and said that they would be in touch! Several weeks later they still hadnt been in touch so we contacted our installer again and they contacted My Life on our behalf. About a day later we received a response from My Life telling us that they would not be replacing the units as they had been damaged by water! And that there was not enough ventilation!! This is not the case, the bathroom was fitted with an enviro fan which stays on until the humidistat drops below a certain level!! There is always going to be moisture in a bathroom, we even spent extra money fitting an extra glass screen to separate the shower basin and the sink! These units are supposed to have a 12 year warranty!! These units are not fit to be used in a bathrooms They are made of the cheapest materials available! The bathroom installers have agreed that this is disgusting and are replacing the units free of charge! If you are potentially looking to have a My Life Bathroom installed, please think twice before you do! Please research the company else where you will find loads of other unhappy customers with similar problems!

Fantastic company to deal with, I have been buying here weekly for around a year now, and i will continue to do so, each and every member of staff iv'e dealt with has exceeded my expectations, thanks for everything so far
