I went to the dentist today I was so nervous but the dentist was lovely and the girl assisted her was great to I have lost a lot of teeth through the years having my family as I was ill and regret because of my fear I never looked after my teeth

Navid is a fantastic Dentist. If this review was about him then it would 100% be 5 stars, he is a lovely gentleman. But the practice as a whole I feel needs massive improvement. They never seem to be open. They also go on lunch between 1 and 2 and always seem to leave the answer machine on longer. A lot of us work hard and also get our lunch between 1 and 3 in the afternoon and need this time to take/make personal calls. If they actually were strict on not being available between 1 and 2 fine, but over the last week (a filling in my tooth broke) I have been unable to get anyone between 1 and 3. What makes this worse is the fact you cant leave a message, the phone just cuts you off. What year are we living in when you cant afford voicemail? Seriously thinking about changing, I want a dentist to show their true worth in emergencies. Thank god my tooth isn't actually hurting or this would not have been 3 stars but 1 star. Step up your availability and this review might get changed in the future. Guess I will need to step away from my office and try and get someone after 3 :(
