Subcontractors from this company damaged my roof, amongst other small issues, which was reported when I received a call to pay for works. I was advised that they would have someone come fix it within a few weeks.
I phoned on numerous occasions to office manager, most went unanswered, as did emails with pictures & requests to get this repaired.
When I did eventually speak with office manager & the CEO they were both very rude & dismissive, manager even stated that I had not paid 180 for a warranty, which was totally false!
I raised concerns with regards exposure to the elements which would further damage my roof & was advised by CEOnot his concern! Service: Exterior painting
