Dealt with this company for a while, deliveries never arrive when promised. Waited over 2 months for a simple order, which they kept telling me would arrive "Next Tuesday" for over a month. Then everytime I call up when it didn't arrived, I was always told that it was not them that had told me that, it was someone else and that they will deal with it. Until the last time when I was speaking to the owner regarding this, he decides his ego is more important and cannot take a bit constructive criticism which he could of benefited from. All i said was tell me if you cannot get them to me so that I can source then elsewhere, thats how business works. The reply to this was "watch your tone with me, don't order again, I'll make sure you don't get another order" We have a back up to this company to cleaning supplies, so I would not bother arguing with these guys, but they can't accept they're service is poor and they just say what the customer wants to here, empty promises. What kind of order takes over 2 months to deliver? China would of been faster. Service: Cleaning
