        Avoid this company as Deplorable customer service .. think must have changed management as used to be very good in past .. even recommended in past .. made trading standards aware

        Wow - their response is now full of total lies. They had the item in their office and were going to deliver it this week!! Extremely poor service - take your money and do not deliver the goods - do not use them. Had to cancel my electrician on 2 occasions. Rude and uphelpful staff who refused to resolve the problem or return calls and would not put me through to the owner of the company. Totally unprofessional

        Shocking service .I went to rainbow blinds showroom today .They didn't seem to know what they were talking about and we were told 3 different stories about the blinds .Nearly 500 pounds for one blind that doesn't even get made on the premises. Beware of this company
