Got my kitchen done a month ago and still waiting on a door that wasnt ordered to be fitted. Several items I asked for were not actioned like microwave on the wall. Left all the rubbish outside the house even though said several times I wanted it collected as dont drive. Never provided splashback at the cooker or sink and assumed I would be doing this myself? I havent bought a kitchen before so thought this was part of the price. The price in general doesnt show how much everything costs just a total price. My kitchen is very small and for the 5k paid I would have expected the items not done to be done with that price. The only item I expected not to be done was the floor and this was all I was advised. I never once saw the drawings after original consultation and the fitter didnt have these either so it went down as my word against what fitter was advised. Would not recommend and wished I had looked at other reviews more in depth before buying this. This is the Wishaw based one that I went through.
