        Shocking ready to close our account on Monday. Morning, not because of the branch they are brilliant, it's the phone my dad is 80 years old and kept on the phone for 45 minutes today I tried to call and was kept on the phone for 1 hr 15 minutes and then the phone was put down, absolutely shocking
