"Don't" use Seven Seas if you are not living on ground floor!!! It's really a bad experience in using Seven Seas for delivery my belongings. Firstly, the documents guidances are unclear. When I filled in all the required documents via internet, it said ok but few days later it said it's not ok but didn't specify what the problems were. It's very frustrated until a staff called and helped me solve the problems, but because of these documents problems, my cube have been at HK warehouse for 34 days until it could be like loaded to the vessels. Seconly, also is the biggest problem is to book the delivery from UK port to my place, it only can book the date "but not the time", the time will only be informed a day before delivery, and the time cannot be changed. It's the first time I heard about that!!!???? Bear in mind that Seaven Seas doesn't deliver the parcel to the door of my home, it only delivers to the door of the ground floor, but I live on the 2nd floor, that means I have to employ helpers for moving from ground floor to my home. But these helpers need to book in advance, not just one day!!!! And the problem is my helpers can only be available by 4pm on 1- Feb, 2021!!! I am extremely disappointed and get stuck!!! I don't know what to do, feeling so helpness!!!! I feel so regret in using Seven Seas. My advice is "Don't" use Seven Seas if you are not living on ground floor!!!

From start to finish I have been delighted with the service from Seven Seas Worldwide. Great value for money for my needs. I was shipping my mountain bike, bought on a 3 month work trip in Australia, back to the UK. All communications were clear and straight forward, including total costs. I was updated appropriately during the transit and all required documentation was straightforward. The expected transit time was accurate. Their customer service department were responsive and helpful. They surpassed my expectations.

We moved from HK to UK in August 2017, after numerous disasters with Seven Seas Worldwide we received our shipping on 5th June 2018. Multiple items missing and multiple items in our boxes which are not ours. Here's a rundown of everything from start to finish. My husband arranged the shipping with HK office with Adzim. We wanted to pay by bank transfer, which Adzim advised yes we could. She delayed giving bank details until day of collection where she changed her story to "cannot do bank transfer. Leave the full cash balance with your boxes for shipping." Ludicrous I know. But with my husband leaving that day he felt this was his only option. He trusted Seven Seas Worldwide. I know he should not have done this and he knows too. But he did. He left $3000HKD cash in an envelope with the shipping papers on top of one of the boxes. September 2017 (we're now in UK) we receive an email advising we have not paid our balance so our shipping is still in HK. My husband called HK office, not surprisingly they have no recollection of such a conversation. Call UK office, they will investigate. No option but to pay again. Pay 276GBP via credit card. Receive our shipping 5th June 2018. Notice lots of items of baby clothing which are not ours. Notice we have a lot of big items missing. These include; Kids scooter and helmet Kids plastic table 3 designer coats Large toy car carrier filled with cars Bubble mower Shapes for VTech shape sorter toy Etc......etc.... Husband called company. Not much help. "Take pics of stuff you have which is not yours and list items which are missing." All in they have "lost" more than 1000GBP of our belongings and they being no help. Been in contact with UK Tranding Standards and HK Consumer Council. Cautionary tale. Avoid this company if you can.

Do NOT use this company!!! I sent a box from Australia (Sydney) to the U.K (Glasgow). It was a very bad decision to use this company as the package was not actually sent to the address I had requested. I told them how important this box was and that I needed it ASAP. I called them after the supposed delivery date to find out where my box was. They said it was stuck at border control and they would get the box to me as quickly as possible as I had my kilt for a wedding in the box. After waiting and not being able to wear my clothes for the wedding (having to rent one and pay for it), I called them back. My box had in fact been in Glasgow for two weeks but the automatic system had not worked and I had not been notified!! At this point I was very unhappy and annoyed at what had happened. This is exactly what I paid the company for but yet they had not delivered on promises. The only reason I found out the box was in Glasgow was due to the fact that I had called them. I eventually got the box delivered to my house, (after having to lift the box up my stairs and it being in very bad condition). The company failed to do what I had paid them to do. Deliver a box from A to B so I contacted them to make a complaint and ask for some sort of compensation. I was rudely told that I was not entitled to anything. Very poor service for the money I paid.
