        Not a very good way of doing business - probably on their way to going under - no card payments under 10 and no patterns purchased unless buying wool at the same time. Cannot see the bigger picture - utterly useless. Actually does the whole Centre a disservice through their ineptitude.

        They can afford to turn away custom as they insist on cash under a 10 spend. Not good! Left with nothing. Would give them zero stars if it was possible.

        Visit on numerous occasions whole of the centre is very safe from entering the main door through til browsing other units in garden centre my main reason for for visiting is l am an avid knitter and have always found all staff in wol n crafts very knowledgeable about there stock and very helpful in all advice given
