        We travelled some distance to a pre-planned appointment at this location. Sadly the sales employee would not look up from their computer screen to talk to us as they said they had an important report to write. They may well have lost a house sale because of this. From what few questions we could ask though we gathered that the factors at this site were very high - so be sure to ask about this and dig into the terms and conditions before signing!!!

        I visited bellway at winchburgh to view the showhome, albeit I was/am looking to buy on a different site. Tamara was great. She is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Despite knowing that I wasnt looking to buy at her site she took the time to answer all my questions and provide guidance/reassurance. Since my initial visit I have had reason to call Tamara and query a couple of thingsagain she took the time to answer all my questions, even staying past her finishing time. I would expect this service from someone looking to secure a sale, but Tamara provided this knowing that I was looking elsewhere. She is a credit to bellway.
