This is a collection of lovingly restored Cold War-era aircraft cockpits, plus some other supporting material adding colour and character to the collection. It is only open on selected Sundays, so check the website in advance to make sure it is open before showing up (there is no need to book in advance, but be sure to bring cash). The owner (Steve) gives personal tours and can explain the back story to many of the exhibits, which adds to the charm of the place (I have seen Jet Provosts in other museums, but never one that used to be stored in a back garden in Sheffield!). A "must see" if you are an aviation enthusiast; the cafe does nice flapjacks if you aren't.
