    Great customer service and fast delivery. The prices are great and any issues you have they go above and beyond to make sure you're happy so I will definitely use this company again...Edit: just bought a bundle and again very happy with speed of delivery and quality of computer

    Awful experience, the computer arrived and worked for 5 minutes before putting itself into a restart loop if I could get any power at all, I immediately called the number on their site (a mobile) and had my calls declined, after this I'd found an office number for themselves but again, no answer at all so I was left with a broken computer and unable to complete my work with no help whatsoever until the next day. When they emailed me regarding the complaints from the previous day they'd explained it was their birthday and I was calling their personal number (despite it being clearly listed as a contact number on their site) and "Adam" was supposed to be answering the office phone (which he wasn't nor does it help the situation) they offered little to no technical help apart from the basics Google tends to provide and eventually after the weekend offered to send a returns label to them but I'd already visited a local computer store who had fixed the problem for me. Honestly the experience has put me off the idea of buying a new desktop online entirely and will be shopping locally in future, the savings here were not worth the stress and headache of such poor service. Just to note, after posting this review on trustpilot I received snarky emails from the company, accusing me of lying, telling me the CPU was not faulty (even though a new CPU fixed the issue) and carried on so much so I had to directly ask him to stop contacting me regarding the matter, whoever is running this company has troubles with his ego, struggles to accept any sort of criticism and only offered any level of compensation AFTER writing this review, in a snarky manner at that, had someone just answered the number they provided themselves and offered at least some advice this review would be much different. Upon updating my review a second time due to a polite response in TrustPilot that contrasted their emails I received the following from James at WJMtech within 1 hour (but when you specifically WANT to hear from them it takes 24) and after asking him to no longer contact me: "You really have nothing better to do than continue to edit and write ridiculous reviews? Unbelievable. Just so you you know, your wasting your time. No one cares about the 1 in a million customer who acts in such an unreasonable manner Please just move on, its getting silly." This is a company that has no care for its customers, the slightest critique will send them into a barrage of harassment via email and absolutely no help whatsoever, buy at your own risk from this website, you might get a perfectly working PC that is ideal for you but you might also find yourself being harassed and accused of being a liar for daring to expect them to provide some level of customer service, all in all this company feels like it's being run by an insecure child who doesn't understand how to approach any type of conflict whatsoever.
