(Translated by Google) When we were choosing a place, we were looking for a stationary caravan. The son and husband chose Scotland. I was very skeptical about it. Scotland surprised me with beautiful views. The host is very nice and knowledgeable. Caravan very clean and very well equipped. Picturesque area, perfect for everyone who wants to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle, literally. Logan Harbor is situated on the Irish Sea. You will not find entertainment there. There are no bars, pubs or restaurants, picturesque views, peace and quiet. Rocky wharf, not a typical yellow sand beach, rather rocky, with lots of brown algae. Attractions to visit: Portpatrick, Port Logan Botanic Garden, Port Logan Fish Pond and Mull of Galloway Lighthouse - the southernmost part of Scotland. I recommend this place and its surroundings warmly. (Original) Gdy wybieralimy miejsce szukalimy caravanu stacjonarnego. Syn i m wybrali Szkocj. Podeszam do tego bardzo sceptycznie. Szkocja zaskoczya mnie piknymi widokami. Gospodarz bardzo miy i kompetentny. Caravan badrdzo czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposaony. Okolica malownicza, idealna dla wszystkich , ktrzy chc uciec od codziennego zgieku i to dosawnie. Port Logan pooony jest nad Morzem Irlandzkim. Nie znajdziecie tam rozrywek. Nie ma barw, pubw czy restauracji, zato malownicze widoki , cisza i spokj. Nabrzee skaliste, nie jest to typowa plaa z tym piaskiem, raczej kamienista, z du iloci brunatnic. Atrakcje do odwiedzenia :Portpatrick, Port Logan Botanic Garden, Port Logan Fish Pond oraz Mull of Galloway Lighthouse - cz Szkocji wysunita najbardziej na poudnie.Polecam to miejsce i okolic serdecznie.

Well equipped 2 bedroomed static caravan in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views in a very quiet rural area 2 mins from Port Logan but close enough to major roads in the area ,well located to explore the south Rhins and south west corner of Dumfries & Galloway , owner very friendly and a few doors away if anything is needed ,very reasonable prices we paid for a 330 for a week in late JULY with all bedding electricity and gas included ,owner also has a cottage to rent 100 yards away

We go home Saturday, well it's been wonderful with our two cats here. The caravan is cosy, gas and electric included so the living room gets lovely and warm. Its perfect as you can sit outside even in September with a glass of wine. Stephen and marie are lovely people and helpful. You will see buzzards in the afternoon floating above the trees. Large hares in the field behind and the beef cattle mooing in the distance. Also the sound of grouse in the mornings. Our 14 year old cat we could let on the grass and our ginger 6 month old kitten on a leash loved the grass and the visible birdlife. Easy access by bus or car to the south Rhins. If you want a peaceful holiday it's perfect. Unfortunately the pub in port logan is up for auction. Let's hope someone can take it on and help the tourism during covid 19. We have got some lovely photos of sunsets here and I hope to do a painting in oils of the sunset as it is my hobby. If it's good enough I may donate it to the owners. Thankyou stephen and marie xx
