What an amazing experience. We had booked 1 week for a group of 6 and had an excellent time. The house was spacious enough that it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen had enough plates, cups, cutlery, and pans for us all. The kitchen featured a large cooker, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. There was a downstairs toilet as well as 2 upstairs bathrooms, 1 on either side of the house. The dining room was a lovely place to spend time eating together. The sofa was very soft and deep and just a bit too small for us all to be seated at the same time, however there was a footstool and a small chair in the dining room. The fire was an excellent addition and was great to watch as well as to keep warm by. The house also boasts a pool table in the end game room. We had a good laugh trying to play with the cues and must have been in there several times a day each. We will all feel the loss without it at home. On every side of the house there were stunning views. The garden was massive and included a pagoda for shelter. Both of these would be extensively used in summer. Another highlight was the hot tub. What better way to relax than looking at the fields and animals or the stars in the night sky. Any queries or questions we had were responded to quickly. I would visit again in a heartbeat.
