Had booked with another firm but they did not show. Phoned Miller and they answered promptly and turned up quickly for both out and return journeys. Will use them again!!

So this company bought a replacement engine 1.8 Tdci for one of there taxis it was sent tracked, it was signed by James miller at the address they requested it to be, on the 30th June 2022, then on the 13th July they told there bank they have not received the engine and did a charge back for item not received. At this point we tried to make contact there was no responses to any emails, we supplied tracking to there bank. Showing it was delivered and was told they would be refunding there customer, at this point I took it to the small claims court. Low and behold once they got the court papers they where on the phone. First off stating they did the charge back before it was delivered tracking and banking docs prove different. Any way I said pay the money and I will close the court case, they said they would. No payment came so the court ruled in our favour as they did not respond the the court. On the 9th September 2022 and they where ordered to pay the amount and costs then on the 4th October 2022 they finally paid the original amount not the Costs and interest bare in mind they have had the engine 4 months at this time and we had no money for it ( how much has a taxi made in 4 months ) they still owe us over 350 and now have a CCJ in there name that will only go away once paid.. if not paid we will send in the bailiffs my pet hate is people trying to scam genuine hard working companys say away from this company
