Angry about being poorly treated thinking it's ok to accept bad service. Three days ago I had one of the worst customer care experience ever. To the owner of the salon Angelas at Breadalbane Terrace Wick formerly Backbrige Street Wick. I have used this salon previously for a colour and cut with my previous stylist who is currently on leave. I had always been delighted with the service received, therefore had no worries about using a different stylist especially as she owns the business! You lacked care, integrity and professionalism. Your actions and response to me showed total disregard for me as your customer. My hair is totally ruined and will need to be cut much shorter to make it look some what decent. Due to covid restrictions I had to wear a mask during my appointment therefore the full enormity of the disaster cut was not evident until I returned home. Opportunity was given to you to put it right that very same day which you attempted but it went from bad to worse. I am so upset my hair look horrendous! Requested a full refund but you refused and only a partial refund offered. Future potential customers please be aware.....My ruined hair which is all difference lengths and uneven (I won't even go there about the back of my hair!!!).......It may take a long time to grow back and for me to love it again!!!........But no amount of time will improve your incompetentance as a so called hair stylist.
