Hi to any unaware people out there. I had to tick one star to be able to leave a review but trust me when I say, if I could I would mark it with 5 big piles of dogs 'logs' (and I think we all know what I mean by that). So, a word of advice, if you want or need any work done on your property DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Apart from having to wait over 6months for the work to be completed, (and we're still waiting by the way) it will be wrong and any request you might have, will be totally ignored!!!! When you first meet the owner of this business, he can't do enough for you, constantly ringing and visiting, and you think 'great, he's very hands on and bending backwards to help' (plus he throws in the occasional hint about all the work he does for his local church, so you think he must be a good guy) but the minute you part with a sum of money, that's it, uncontactable! His work force, although mainly good men, are over stretched and over worked, and when your back is turned are told to 'just throw it up and get out of there!' We have had a kitchen totally gutted and a new one fitted and tiled, a utility room stripped and redecorated, and small w/c stripped refitted and tiled, the first set of tiles, well, we ripped them straight out as you couldn't even run your hands over them they were so croaked and uneven, so we are still waiting for that to be redone, the tiles in the kitchen were suppose to be a random mix of brick style tiles and mosaic, but when I saw it I didn't know wether to cry of smash it up with a hammer, plus there are chunks gouged out of some of the new cabinets, plus a few bent bits too. Admittedly the money never came out of our pockets as we had a flood, but it's still very heart breaking to waste so much money on something you will NEVER be happy with, I personally would rip it out and make them repair all f#*k-ups, but him-in-the-garage just wants an end to it now. So yeah, a word of advice, please think twice! All the best
