        This is the bar which started my lifelong journey into Scotch whisky 27 years ago and after all that time, I want to thank the Crown for starting that journey. We had a great night and the Old Poultney is still up there with the greatest. Twelve and a half days later we had cycled to Lands End and were still talking about that night. And I still am ...

        we had so much fun here!! Julie was a pleasure to speak with and learn her story. she was so delightful!! The locals were welcoming as well. The only place we returned to twice!!!!
