        1 star review as it doesn't allow me to give zero stars. I've had a service and parts contract since install with T&D for 18 years with no issues and batteries etc replaced. Now this lot have taken over for last couple of years or so as bought over T&D. Requested keypad replacement as numbers worn off. Told this is not included and would need to be quoted for. Expect me to pay another 74 for a five minute walk around visit and then pay parts? No way they'll get another penny from me. Avoid at all costs.

        Only interested in selling you more produce than actually maintaining your alarm system. Try ADT or someone else and stay away from these cowboys.
